Paleo Chocolate Banana Muffins

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a muffin tin with liners (parchment if my favorite)
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas and add coconut oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  • Add almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  • Mix until fully incorporated and no dry pockets remain.
  • Pour into liners and bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
